How to book a private RV park in-app with Spot2Nite

For private RV parks in the Spot2Nite network, you can reserve and pay for a site without ever leaving RV Roost. You find a bookable park, pick your dates and a site, enter your details, and pay — all in one flow — and the reservation lands on your trip. This guide walks through it.

Find Spot2Nite-bookable parks

On the Explore map (or a trip's map), turn on the Bookable via Spot2Nite filter to show only campgrounds you can reserve in-app. These are private RV parks in the Spot2Nite network — federal and state parks book through their own systems (see Use the Explore map).

Open a bookable park's detail card and you'll find a Book this park · Spot2Nite section.

Book a site

You'll need to be signed in to book. From the booking card:

  1. Dates — pick your check-in and check-out and how many are in your party, then check availability.
  2. Site — choose from the available sites, each with its type (for example, a back-in 50-amp site) and nightly price.
  3. Your details — enter your name, phone, and billing city and state.
  4. Price — review the quote: the nightly rate, taxes and fees, and the total.
  5. Payment — enter your card in Spot2Nite's secure payment window and confirm the reservation.

Your card details go straight to Spot2Nite's payment window — RV Roost never sees or stores your card.

It lands on your trip

When you book from a trip stop, RV Roost marks that stop as booked and saves the reservation details. You can add a booking note — a confirmation number, site number, or gate code — that rides along on the stop card and your exports, so it's handy at check-in.

Good to know

  • Sign-in required. The first time you book, RV Roost sets up your Spot2Nite booking profile from your account details.
  • Private parks only. Coverage is limited to parks in the Spot2Nite network that have availability turned on.
  • Availability and prices come from Spot2Nite in real time and can change — the quote you confirm is the price you pay.
